Glen Baguley
General Manager Manufacturing
Glen joined Mort & Co in October 2022 in the role of General Manager Manufacturing. Glen brings over 40 years of Operations and Project Management experience gained across a range of industries, including primary steel production, feed production, pharmaceutical, explosives and fertiliser production and stainless-steel metal fabrication.
Glen is focussed on the development of the manufacturing capabilities within Mort & Co, including the organisational development of manufacturing, optimising the capability of existing assets, development of new capability, and instilling a manufacturing mindset for safety, quality and efficiency, in keeping with Mort & Co's values.
