Well looked after cattle

Mort & Co is a boutique funds management company that has grown through the delivery of commercially attractive returns to investors. In 2001, after a number of years of informal investment management, Mort & Co was successfully granted licensing (Australian Financial Services Licence Number 228989) to operate an alternative retail income fund – Mort & Co Cattle Fund.

This income fund has now been operating successfully and delivering consistent returns to unit holders.

To continue to expand the business, Mort & Co also established the Mort Feedlot Services Project that offers wholesale investors a taxation benefit.

The business continues to grow funds under management and has also established a wholesale infrastructure fund that is believed to be the largest in the Australian beef industry.

Mort & Co Cattle Fund

ARSN 097 099 057

Mort & Co Cattle Fund offers you the opportunity to participate in the Australian lot feeding industry via this alternative income fund.

Over the past 25 years, no other sector of the Australian beef industry has grown at the rate of the lot feeding sector. With a healthy growth rate of 10% per annum, this trend is set to continue as consumer demand increases for high quality beef all year round.

Specialising in the production and supply of lot fed cattle to the beef processing sector, Mort & Co Cattle Fund is a proven managed investment scheme that is open to investors with a minimum of $5,000 to invest.

The Fund aims to provide investors with a regular income stream in the form of quarterly distributions.
